Snow Resort JAPAN

HAKUBA 47 WINTER SPORTS PARK

First track and back country programs are held so that many riders can enjoy skiing at high altitudes.

Hakuba 47 is named after the goal it set for itself in 1990; to be a resort which could be enjoyed “4 seasons of the year, 7 days of the week”. Lovingly called “Yon-nana” by its customers, it’s the newest of the ski resorts in the Hakuba Valley. The Quad lift Line-C takes you 1450m high up Mt. Goryu. From here you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding area including the Northern Alps’ famous three peaks of Hakuba Yarigatake, Hakuba Shakushidake, and Shiroumadake (which has a huge peak rising to almost 3000m). Hakuba 47 tickets can also be used at its neighbor, Hakuba Goryu. The two mountains are connected by their upper slopes and offer riders 23 courses to choose from allowing for some fun exploration. Hakuba 47 also has exclusive off-piste areas. Members can experience tree run zones and untouched powder for powder lovers. At the entrance to the slopes, a kids’ slope has been setup with a snow escalator, meaning that even for family visits, there is much fun to be had for everyone.
