Shinano-machi offers two snow resorts: “Tangram Ski Circus” and “Kurohime Kogen Snow Park” and is highly acclaimed for its foremost snow quality, diverse terrains, and well-rounded facilities.
The “Kurohime Kogen Snow Park”, spreads over the foot of Mt.Kurohime and has well designed terrains for beginners, intermediates and experts with 100% natural snow. Families with children can also relax at the Kid’s designated family park. “Tangram Ski Circus” has a dynamic ski slope made from Mt. Madarao’s natural landscape and offers the “Mount Pass” (Lift Pass) that can also be used at neighboring ski area “Madarao Kogen”. The Kids Park and Snow Park facilities are well equipped and the resort hotel is located at the base of the slope.
Both ski resorts are also close to the Myoko Akakura Area, making it more appealing to stay at Shinanomachi to enjoy both skiing districts.
