The Mt. NikkoI Shirane Ropeway (aerial tram) will take you up 2000m in altitude, and from there you can fully enjoy powder snow for over 4km in a long dynamic run with a 600m elevation span. The well groomed 13 terrains are mainly catered for intermediates. For advanced and intermediates who crave powder snow, the terrains around the summit are highly recommended. The Karakura Course is for beginners and the Violet Course is for intermediates. On days when powder snow is expected, the Silver course (755m) will be left ungroomed and made ready for those who love powder snow. Rental gear is available in order for visitors to enjoy and appreciate the exquisite snow fully.
The snow park is equipped with kickers and JIB items and is laid out for all levels to use so beginners to experts can enjoy throughout the beginning of the season till the end. The ski resort offers an extensive Kids Park & Beginner Area which is a great space for families.
