NAGANO
HAKUBA47 WINTER SPORTS PARK
FIRST TRACK AND BACK COUNTRY PROGRAMS ARE HELD SO THAT MANY RIDERS CAN ENJOY SKIING AT HIGH ALTITUDES.
HAKUBA47 was opened in 1990 and it`s name originates from the idea of 4 seasons 7 days a week; a place that guests can enjoy nature all year round. It is the newest of the Hakuba Valley Ski Resorts, but has a few stand out qualities such as having the longest top to bottom ski season and an ever expanding high speed lift accessed tree zone. From 1450 meters at the top of Quad Line C, breathtaking views of Hakuba’s 3 peaks - Yari-gatake, Shakushi-dake, and Shirouma-dake, are seen looking northwest while the dramatic forefront of the Northern Japan Alps unfold right in front of you.
Hakuba47 shares a common lift pass with Hakuba Goryu and is connected at the top of the mountain. With a great selection of terrain across the 23 slopes - there is something for everyone. For powder lovers a members only off-piste area delivers a bounty of deep snow, interesting terrain and great trees to explore and enjoy, while our base area features a great beginner slope with a magic carpet and sledding area.
